Best Travel Management Company 2013 – Business Travel Awards The judges awarded Chambers the top accolade in recognition of its outstanding work as a TMC, stating: “Chambers has a very impressive growth record, a very impressive client list and a very, very impressive CSR programme. Their expansion into the SME pan European market, showing a high level of confidence in their capability, is to be commended.” Chambers was also shortlisted in the category Best Specialist Business Travel Product/Provider for iApprove v2 automated travel approval product for offline and online transactions
Best Specialist Business Travel Product for Chambers’ iApprove – Business Travel Awards 2011 iApprove was named Best Specialist Business Travel Product for its proven cost and time saving abilities with the judging panel commenting: “The panel admired the winner for their in-house development of bespoke tools in response to customer demand, and were impressed by the real savings and efficiencies created by its technology.”
Best Sales Account management Team – Business Travel Awards 2011 Client retention and satisfaction were key to Chambers collecting another award for its Sales and Account Management team. The judges at the Business Travel Awards stated: “With the spotlight on teamwork, the winning team had a highly focused approach during the last 12 months. They adapted to change and demonstrated outstanding solidarity.”
Best Sales Account Management Team 2010 – Business Travel Awards The judges at the Business Travel Awards cited Chambers' client-focussed approach and impressive account retention as the reasons for awarding it with the 'Best Sales Account Management Team' accolade.
Best Business Travel Member 2009 – Advantage Awards Travel industry suppliers provided the voting for the Advantage Awards and Chambers scooped the top category by being voted Best Business Travel Member.
Best Account Management Team 2009 – Agent Achievement Awards Client endorsements and impressive account retention were the decisive factors for the judges of the 2009 Agent Achievement Awards, awarding Chambers Business Management team with the highly coveted Best Account Management Team award.
Best Account Management Team 2008 – TTG Business Awards Excellent client comments, exceptionally high scores in client surveys and team commitment impressed the judges of the 2008 TTG Business Awards and Chambers' Business Management team was awarded Account Management Team of the Year.
TMC Young Professional of the Year 2008 – Agent Achievement Awards Chambers Travel Consultant, Claire Denman, was chosen as Best Young TMC Professional at the National Agent Achievements Awards in 2008. Open to travel consultants under the age of 25, the judges cited Claire's mature approach and extensive knowledge as the reasons for her award.
Best Account Management Team 2007 – TTG Business Awards Once again Chambers' focus on customer service was the winning factor; the TTG Business Awards judging panel recognised Chambers' Business Management team by awarding them with the Best Account Management Team title.
Best Sales/Business Development Team 2007 – TTG Business Awards Chambers' Sales Team was presented with the Best Sales/Business Development Team award in 2007. Impressive new business achievements and the team's overall contribution to Chambers' success were the deciding factors for the judges at the TTG Business Awards.
Best Travel Management Company 2007 - Buying Business Travel Diamond Awards The judges at the Buying Business Travel Diamond Awards voted Chambers the Best Travel Management Company due to its proven commitment to exceptional customer service and consistently achieving the best possible value for clients.
Best Corporate Travel Management Team 2006 & 2007 - Business Travel World Awards Chambers and NHS Scotland together scooped the prestigious award for Corporate Travel Management Team at the 2006 Business Travel World Awards, impressing the judges with their commitment and close working partnership. Chambers went on to win the award for a second year running, this time with Autodesk, another key client. Once again the judges praised the commitment demonstrated by both sides and the impressive results the teams had achieved together.
